Moderator:

Carolyn Loutzenhiser

The Moderator is elected to serve a one-year term. The Moderator serves as Chairperson and Coordinator of the Representative Board and church community events. He/She will also be an ex-officio member of the boards. The Moderator will serve as a delegate to the meetings of the Eastern Association and Minnesota Conference. He/She is eligible for a second successive one-year term, after which a two-year period must elapse before the position may be held again.

Vice Moderator/Secretary:
Jo Moderie

The Vice-Moderator/Secretary is elected to serve a one-year term. The Vice-Moderator/Secretary will keep a complete record of all Representative Board meetings and quarterly congregational meetings. Official church correspondence will be conducted by the Vice-Moderator/Secretary. He/she shall be responsible for recording any changes in the Constitution and by-laws. In the absence of the Moderator, the Vice-Moderator/Secretary wil temporarily assume the Moderator's responsibilities. The Vice-Moderator/Secretary will be the second delegate to meetings of the Eastern Association and Minnesota Conference of the UCC. Upon completion of the one-year term he/she will automatically be placed in nomination for the office of Moderator. There is a maximum of two successive terms, after which a two-year time period must elapse before re-election to the office of Vice-Moderator/Secretary.

Treasurer:
Phil Hatlie

The Treasurer is elected to serve a one-year term, but may serve no more than two (2) successive terms. The Treasurer will keep the financial records of the church. The Treasurer shall make payments as necessary. The Treasurer shall make a monthly financial statement to the Representative Board. As the Treasurer is responsible to the church and the congregation, the books will be made ready for audit prior to a stated congregational meeting.

Member at Large:
Lori Schumann

The member-at-large is elected for a one-year term. The position is a voting position on the Representative Board. The member-at-large shall be eligible for three (3) successive terms with a one-year period of ineligibility following.
